Clarke Tiou, Dr.

Dr. Tiou Kimar Clarke is a General Management lecturer in the School of Business Administration. He holds a Doctorate in Education with his research focused on incorporating Project-Based Assessment into Business Education at the secondary and tertiary levels. He also has a Master of Education with a focus on teaching STEM at the secondary level, a Master of Human Resources Management (distinction), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on General Management (Magna Cum Laude), and an Associate of Science in Management Information Systems.

Dr. Clarke is a certified Competency-Based Training Specialist (adult learning) and a certified TVET Assessor. He is also a professional who has been trained in Six Sigma and specializes in improving processes using the DMAIC Methodology. 

Along with training in teaching at the secondary and tertiary levels, Dr. Clarke has over 10 years of working experience in quality assurance, training, and management within various industries. He believes in the UNESCO 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, where he promotes quality education in every session he leads. "
