Develop and manage the Annual Operational Plan and budget for University Health Services.

Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily administrative and clinical support operations.

Develop, recommend, and implement policies and programmes aligned with best practices in primary health care.

Establish and monitor performance objectives, targets, and service delivery standards.

Monitor and evaluate service quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Ensure effective response to student and staff health issues and emergencies.

Oversee facility safety, equipment maintenance, and disposal of unserviceable assets in accordance with University regulations.

Manage procurement and inventory of medical supplies, stationery, and equipment.

Supervise staff, including staffing allocation, performance appraisals, training, certification compliance, and disciplinary actions.

Coordinate health promotion initiatives, outreach programmes, and participation in University events.

Prepare and submit monthly and annual operational reports.

Serve on University committees, including Orientation, Graduation, Student Affairs, and Health Insurance Renewal.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
