Faculty of Education and Liberal Studies
The Faculty of Education and Liberal Studies aims to supply the Jamaican and Caribbean education and training systems with highly competent and professional technical-vocational educators.
Faculty of Engineering and Computing
The former Engineering Department and Computer Studies Department were merged into a single faculty, restructured with the programme as the fundamental academic unit and the faculty as the primary administrative unit. They were subsequently renamed the School of Engineering (SOE) and the School of Computing and Information Technology (SCIT), respectively.
Faculty of Law
For aspiring legal professionals, this programme offers a flexible pathway to complete the academic stage of legal training, paving the way for advancement to the vocational stage or related fields.
Faculty of Science and Sport
The Faculty comprises three Schools and a centre; namely, the School of Natural and Applied Sciences, the School of Mathematics and Statistics, the School of Sport Sciences and the Centre for Science-based Research, Entrepreneurship and Continuing Studies.

The Faculty of The Built Environment is a distinctive unit in the Anglophone Caribbean, integrating fields such as architecture, land surveying, GIS, urban planning, land economy, quantity surveying, structural and construction engineering, construction management, and Mines & Quarry Management.
