The MSc ISM programme offers a comprehensive and dynamic curriculum that addresses the growing demand for skilled professionals in information systems management. Key features include:

Core Modules: Students begin with six foundational modules, including Strategic Information Systems, Financial Analysis & Management, and Emerging Technologies.

Specialization Tracks: Participants select one of five specialization areas:

IT Project Management: Master techniques for managing IT projects.
Enterprise Security: Focus on managing cybersecurity risks and securing enterprise networks.
Database Management: Learn to design and manage advanced database systems.
Software Engineering: Develop skills to manage and create software solutions.
Technology Management: Prepare to manage, plan, and control technical and organizational resources.

The objectives of the programme are to:

Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Equip students with specialized knowledge in information systems.
Enable graduates to leverage emerging trends and technologies to address organizational challenges.

The MSc ISM programme requires the successful completion of 38 credits, distributed as follows:

The MSc ISM programme is delivered on a part-time basis over 24 months, using a blended learning approach to accommodate working professionals.

Class Schedule: Classes are held one module at a time over five weeks, followed by an exam in the sixth week. Sessions are generally scheduled on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Assessment: Assessments may include written exams, projects, and presentations, depending on the module requirements.

Entry Requirements

Bachelors Degree in IT/IS/Computer Science or other related disciplines with second class Honours or 2.70 GPA from UTech, Ja or other approved institutions and two (2) years working experience.
