Warranty
All devices purchased through this initiative comes with Three (3) year warranty which entails:
- Devices should be brought to our Royale Computers HQ – located at 16 South Avenue
- Next Business Day (NBD) diagnosis service for parts and labor and includes free telephone support working hours x 5 days through Royale Computers
Warranty Process:
Student has the following methods to log a service ticket, this can be facilitated by:
- Telephone
- Bring their devices to Royale Computer service centre located at 16 South Avenue, Kingston 10 where a diagnosis will take place within 0 to 1 business day.

This Service Includes
- Three (3) Year of parts and labor coverage
- Maximized uptime and productivity

- If the problem can't be resolved, it will be replaced with another unit.

Parts & Parts Availability:
Once the warranty conditions are met, parts will be replaced if in country or ordered. Delivery timelines can vary depending on global stock provisions. Average 1 to 2 weeks.
All firmware updates, system patches and upgrades once available will be automatically pushed to the software and devices with access to the internet
