Global Geospatial Information Management Academic Network In March 2016 the university became a member of the UN-Global Geospatial Information Management Academic Network. CSA End-of-Year Exhibition Students’ work on display at annual CSA Student Exhibition, 2015. GIS Day DONATION OF VX SCANNER Spatial Innovision made a presentation of a Trimbe VX 3D LASER Scanner to the faculty at its Faculty Awards Ceremony. The presentation was made by Mr Roshuan Clarke, representing his father, SBLM 2003-04 patron Mr Sylburn Clarke. FOBE student represents University a t CARICOM forum for students of higher education institutions – Hosted by St. Vincent & The Grenadines. FOBE Quantity Surveying student, John-Mark Parkinson, was selected by the faculty to be a member of the CSME field promotion in St. Vincent and the Grenadines over the period November 2-6, 2015. Short Courses & CPD Training Over three hundred (300) persons enrolled in seven short courses offered by the faculty. By far the most sought-after was the 100- hour course for Real Estate Salesmen. Of the 225 registered participants 132 persons successfully completed the course and received certificates. Lecture Series The faculty’s annual lecture series featuring local and international experts in the built environments was sponsored by Berger Paints.
