Identification Cards
All students are photographed for ID purposes each year. Please note that your registration is incomplete until you have met all registration conditions and a valid ID card is issued. Always carry your ID card with you while you are on campus.

CHANGES IN ADDRESS, NAME, OR MARITAL STATUS
If your address has changed, it is your duty to update your details on the Integrated Student Administration System.  Documentary proof is required for changes in name or marital status.  This should be submitted to the Student Records Office and the necessary forms completed.

MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS
All full-time students entering the University for the first time must have a medical certificate form completed. The completed form should be submitted to the Medical Centre.  The Medical Centre provides medical services for students and staff, as well as dental services for students. There is a permanent physician and all visits to the centre are covered by the health insurance.

STUDENTS’ UNION
The Students' Union provides opportunities for leadership and development and the participation of various campus activities. It supports academic freedom, students' rights, and the promotion of students' cultural, social, and physical welfare.

COMMUNITY SERVICE
All Full time students are required to take CSP 1001 in year 1 either in Semester 1 or Semester 2; CSP1001 consists of 40 hours of practical community service and five contact classroom hours.
