Congratulations! If you have made it to the stage where you
are shortlisted for an interview, you are a finalist, entering the last
phase of evaluation. The face-to-face interview is an excellent way for
the interviewing panel to get to know you and in particularly, assess
your maturity, composure, and performance under pressure.
Scholarships require a personal interview. Interviews usually last
15-20 minutes and involve a small group of people. You will find the
interviewer(s) to be pleasant and focused on you at your interview.
They’ll try to put you at ease and make you comfortable, because they
want to evaluate you at your best. Remember, they want you to succeed.
