Emergency Services
Persons with life-threatening emergencies who visit the Health Centre receive
supportive care and are then transferred via ambulance to the Emergency
Department of the University Hospital of the West Indies.
Student Health Insurance Plan
All registered students are provided with a health insurance card. This card
along with the Student Identification card is needed to access service at the
Medical Centre.
Medical Laboratory Service
Service is available on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Collaboration With The Foundation For International Self Help (F.I.S.H.)
Located at 19 Gordon Town Road, Kingston 6 and adjacent to the Jamaica
National Building Society, this clinic provides various services to the UTech
Community. If the need arises, a payment schedule can be arranged.
