University Secretariat

The Vice-President Student Services & University Registrar serves as Secretary to the Council, Academic Board and Faculty and College Boards and any Standing, Special or Advisory Committee set up by these bodies. Meetings of these bodies are serviced by the University Secretariat headed by the University Secretariat Administrator, Mrs Charmagne Mortley. The Secretariat also has responsibility for, inter alia, managing the use of the University’s ceremonial symbols and University Seal.
