The College of Business and Management (COBAM), formerly the Faculty of Business and Management was established in academic year 2010/11. The College comprises the Schools of Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Entrepreneurship, Baking and Pattiserrie and UTech/JIM School of Advanced Management.
Undergraduate and graduate students of the College are attracted by its reputation of superior instruction and the positive reviews received from employers and alumni. Many have assumed leadership positions in the financial services, hotel, restaurant, and tourism service areas, in management consulting, in the education sector, as well as in certain areas of the industrial sector. Some have also achieved success in entrepreneurial ventures and in the commercial, manufacturing, and information technology sectors.
