COURSE DESCRIPTION

The course is designed to meet the needs of sports coaches who will work in schools, sports clubs and communities. Its intent is to bring the coaches involved in primary, secondary and community sports programmes to a level of acceptable certification.

Graduates of the course may find employment as coaches in primary, secondary and community sports programmes.

COURSE ENTRY REQUIREMENT

A minimum of two(2) years coaching experience. Literacy equivalent to fifth form and any other qualifications deemed acceptable by the University.
